difficult process that often leaves parents and students frustrated. Parents are
often unaware of a tutors background, skill level and experience prior to a tutoring
session. The Tutoring Annex, LLC serves to correct this disconnect by enabling
parents to make better-informed decisions on selecting a tutor who is also a
certified teacher.

The Tutoring Annex, LLC provides a web base platform for parents to connect with
teachers who want to tutor. Parents are empowered to choose a tutor who best fits
their child's needs. Clients may search by the teacher name, subject taught or
township served. Once a teacher is chosen the parent may schedule and pay online.

Teachers posted on the web page come from a variety of school systems throughout the
area. All of the teachers are state certified and are actively teaching or retired
in good standing. Subjects range from basic reading/writing to applied physics and
chemistry.

The Tutoring Annex, LLC has also partnered with the Easton YMCA and the Chrin
Community center to provide enrichment courses for 7 to 11 year olds in science and
art. These courses will be held after school in the fall and like our tutoring
program are instructed by certified teachers.

partnered with established community centers. With plans to expand over the next 6
